Hannan's Play Date

 Hannan came for a play date with Jimpa. They had a busy morning with the golf cart, the chickens, the ducks, ...............

 and playing farm.







 After lunch , sitting on a pan  .................

 reading a few books,..................

and a nap under the tent .....................

Hannan "drove" down the lane to pick up Bennett. A little outside play in 100 degrees at Jimpa's new shelter........

meant it was time  for a cool snack .................

 and some inside play.

A Wedding Story

This story started about 16 years ago when the leading characters of this story were in kindergarten. He was smitten-ed from day one and asked her to marry him then. She just smiled that sweet, pure smile and said she was not allowed to marry yet.

So they became a good friends all through school. Just two friends of their large group.  

 They did not date but he still thought she was the best!

They went away to different colleges.

Went on mission trips together. Just two friends in a large group of friends.

 She dreamed of a wedding with roses and pearls............

 and candle light. They learned to love the LORD and  the people of the world.......... then each other.

 On a mission trip to Israel he decided it was time and made his plans.

This time she said yes!

 What a sweet couple! Ready to take on the world and go wherever they are sent!

Still Waters - A Weekend Get-Away

Welcome to Still Waters. Breakfast is served beginning at 8:00. PLEASE take this opportunity to sleep in. Today on the menu is cinnamon toast points and applesauce for dipping.



 Cereal and cold milk are always available for your pleasure as are raisins and Goldfish.





Enjoy a taste of the farming life.

Or just take a relaxing walk and enjoy nature.

Just let us know when you are ready for us to grab the keys and give you a ride into town for a little recreation.....

and lunch at one of our local establishments of fine dining.

Be sure to enjoy dessert.


Catch the van back to Still Waters for an afternoon nap ............. followed by a ride on an antique bike.

........... then enjoy an afternoon drink on the back veranda .................

............... while  feeding the squirrels.

Later, enjoy a cold drink and a good book in the sitting room before dinner.

Eli's Day

Last Sunday Eli's mommie and daddy promised to "raise him up in the way he should go" and the family gathered in Hahira to join them in this commitment......

....and to celebrate sweet baby  Eli. Of course there was cake!

Which I am pretty sure pleased someone.

Thank you God for Eli and his family. Bless him mentally, physically,

emotionally, and spiritually every day of his life.

And bless his parents with Godly wisdom.
